What to do when a match goes wrong, what happens after you report it, and the limits of what any video site can promise you.
If someone behaves badly, here is exactly what to do

Click next. Do not argue, do not explain and do not give them a reaction — the room closes instantly and they have no way back to you.
Report from inside the call
If you can report before leaving, do. The report button is in the call interface and one tap is enough to bring the session to human attention.
Block if you want them gone for good
Blocking is separate from skipping and separate from reporting. It keeps that account out of your future matches.
Keep what you saw, if it was serious
For anything that crosses into a real-world crime, a screenshot and the time it happened help both us and, if it comes to it, the authorities in their country or yours.

Post, parcels, a school uniform, a street sign through a window. Strangers read backgrounds, and the fix takes two seconds: face a blank wall.
A first name is plenty
You do not owe anyone a surname, a workplace, a school or a neighbourhood. The conversation works fine without any of it.
Nobody needs to move you off-site quickly
A person who wants your number or another app within two minutes is not in a hurry to talk to you. That pattern is worth treating as a red flag on its own.
Money requests are always the end of the conversation
No genuine stranger you met ninety seconds ago needs a payment, a gift card or help with a transfer. Click next and report it.
What moderation is and is not
03 / The honest limitsTwo claims are common in this category and both are false. The first is that a site watches every call and nothing bad ever happens. The second is that nothing can be done because the video is live.
What is true: automated detection catches the blatant cases quickly, reports put a specific session in front of a person, and accounts that break the rules lose access. Repeat behaviour is treated as repeat behaviour rather than as a series of unrelated incidents.
What is also true: a live call is live. Between the moment something starts and the moment it is stopped, you may see it. That is the unavoidable cost of a format where strangers appear instantly, and the realistic mitigation is the next button, which is why it has no cooldown and asks for no confirmation.
There is one more limit worth naming. We cannot stop anyone from pointing a phone at their own screen. No video platform can. Decide what to show on that basis rather than on a promise no service is able to keep.
Who this site is for

How safe it is depends mostly on the habits you arrive with. Matches are one to one, reporting is one tap inside the call, and nothing about your account is visible to the other person. The risks that remain are about what you choose to show and tell.
What happens after I report someone?
The report brings that session to human attention rather than into an unread queue. Accounts that break the rules get restricted or removed, and repeat behaviour is treated as exactly that.
Is anyone watching my conversation?
Not as a routine. We do not monitor every call as it happens — automated detection handles the obvious cases and reports bring specific sessions to people. Any site claiming to watch everything is describing something implausible and invasive.
Can someone record me?
Anyone on a video call anywhere can point a second device at their screen, and no site can prevent that. Treat a live camera as something that could be captured, and decide what to show with that in mind.
Is my personal information shown to matches?
No. There is no profile for them to open, no name beyond what you say out loud and no location shown. What they learn is what you tell them.
What if I am under 18?
Then this site is not for you. This is an adults-only service, and any account traced to a minor gets pulled.
Most of it comes down to one button.
