Two things make the first reply an answer rather than a question back. Give us an approximate time plus your timezone, and say what you were in the middle of — matching, topping up, signing in on a new device. That is usually enough to find the session.

For anything urgent that happened inside a call, report it from the call first. A report reaches moderation directly and carries the session with it, which an email cannot do. The safety page explains what happens after that.

For questions about charges, the coins page answers most of them, including the fact that nothing here renews on its own. If your question is still there after reading it, write and say so.
